By using the Away Message app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. User Conduct and Content

Away Message is a place for friends. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

• No Tolerance Policy: You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, pornographic, or harassing.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the statuses, photos, and text you post.
• Moderation: We monitor reports of objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user that violates these terms. Violating content will be removed within 24 hours of being reported.

2. Reporting and Blocking

To ensure a safe community, we provide tools for you to control your experience:

• Blocking: You can block any user. This will immediately disconnect you, hide their content, and prevent them from contacting you.
• Reporting: You can report any status that violates our terms. Reported content is reviewed by our team and action is taken immediately if it violates our policies.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Away Message.

4. Rights and Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Away Message a non-exclusive license to display that content to the users you have chosen to share it with.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
